Okay I think I’m getting the hang of this now. Not in an “I’m amazing at it” kind of way but in an “I’m no longer afraid of it and I’m moving through the weeks a little faster” kind of way.
February was a really busy month so a couple of the weeks had more than the normal two page spread.
Week 6 we had visitors over from Canada and Chile so most of this week’s spread is about spending time with them.
The start of week 7 was mostly about a shopping trip with Layla for her birthday present. The second half of the week I went to Dubai so it was very picture heavy with pictures of me and Dane and some cinema tickets thrown in. Week 7 continued onto the next page with normal couple stuff like cooking and shopping. They’re not the standard pictures you would expect from a visit to Dubai but I’ve been there 5 times so I’ve done the tourist things already.
Week 8 had a lot going on. The first part of this week started with an entire page dedicated to a picnic. I really love picnics. What girl doesn’t? The second page of week 8 was all about a sunset. I dragged Dane about an hour away to go and see an animal sanctuary but it was closed. Oops. Ah well we enjoyed the sunset. We also went for some dinner in TGI’s in the Dubai Mall on the way home which is on page three of week 8 before I went home early the next morning.
I got home on the Saturday of that week and my Godson Lorenzo was christened the next day so I finished off week 8 and February with another 2 age spread dedicated to his christening. 5 pages in all for week 8 – wow!!
I’m up to date with March so I’m hoping to stay that way and March’s spread up early next month.
Anyone else trying Project Life for the first time this year?
